In collaboration with our experienced team, your role will be to identify new business opportunities while strengthening our relationships with clients. You will play a key role đ in converting a lead into a satisfied client. To achieve this, youâll need to understand the clientâs specific needs, establish transparent and trustworthy relationships, and facilitate their journey through the sales cycle until deals are closed đȘ

đŻ Your responsibilities:
Assist clients (firm requests, obtained via marketing or repeat clients) in finding solutions for their seminar/team-building needs through the Naboo product and collection.
Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing or SDR, including proposing solutions, closing deals, and seeking repeat business within the client account.
Suggest improvements for internal processes.
Participate in product development.
Contribute to strategic thinking at Naboo.
Train new arrivals.
The job does not involve cold prospecting.
đ Youâre the ideal candidate if:
You have prior experience as an SDR or Account Executive in a startup or scale-up.
You are a graduate (Bac+5 or equivalent).
You speak English at B2-C1 level đŹđ§.
You are a native French speaker.
