We’re entering a pivotal phase of growth at Nabla, with an ambitious hiring roadmap ahead, especially in product, engineering, and machine learning. To maintain the high bar we’ve set for talent and culture, we’re hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition based in Paris. This role is central to building and scaling a world-class team while safeguarding the candidate experience, operational excellence, and diversity that define Nabla. You’ll partner with leaders across the company to design and execute best-in-class hiring strategies. Design and lead Nabla’s talent acquisition strategy for France-based roles, with a strong focus on Product, Engineering, and ML hiring.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our values, culture, and pursuit of excellence.
Partner with hiring managers and executives to design structured, effective, and inclusive interview processes.
Manage and collaborate with recruiters and external agencies to meet hiring targets.
Drive employer branding initiatives in close collaboration with the Marketing team, amplifying Nabla’s voice in the tech and healthcare ecosystem.
Represent Nabla at industry events, conferences, and recruitment fairs to attract top-tier talent.
Use data and insights to forecast hiring needs, set recruitment priorities, and measure performance.
Work cross-functionally with People, Finance, and Leadership teams to align workforce planning with business objectives.
Stay on top of market trends and provide actionable insights to improve recruiting strategies and outcomes.
Lead DEI efforts in hiring, setting measurable goals to foster a diverse and representative workforce.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Experience: 5+ years leading talent acquisition teams, including technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
Expertise in the French market: Strong knowledge of France’s tech and product hiring landscape, especially in Engineering and ML.
Analytical mindset: Comfortable with data, able to test, iterate, and optimize hiring strategies for speed and impact.
Influence & communication: Clear, compelling communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
Project ownership: Highly organized and proactive, capable of driving complex hiring initiatives from idea to execution at speed.
