MyTraffic is providing 600 companies all across Europe with actionable insights (evolution of the footfall, vehicle traffic, socio-demographic information, competitor benchmarking, etc.) on the location of their choice. To compute these insights, we use a combination of data sources, including anonymized location data, demographic information, and traffic flow data. These data are aggregated and analyzed to provide detailed insights into visitor behaviors and foot traffic trends.
MyTraffic is a rapidly growing scale-up, supported by a €30 million Series B round in November 2022 from Axa Venture Partners, ALVEN, and KERNEL Investments to further develop our platform and fund our international expansion. We are already present in 10 countries and continue to enter new markets.
In January 2024, MyTraffic acquired the Spanish startup Geoblink, becoming the first European geolocation analytics platform thanks to this union.
We are now looking for an outstanding VP Marketing to lead our talented Marketing team and support MyTraffic’s next phase of growth in Europe, on a 6-month freelance mission
💪Your Mission
Marketing is a strategic growth engine at MyTraffic. You’ll be joining at a key moment: the team is performing, the foundations are in place, and we’re entering a new execution phase. You’ll have the autonomy and leadership to protect what works, drive impact, and keep the team focused and high-performing.
💼 To give you more details about your day-to-day at MyTraffic :
- Lead, manage, and inspire the Marketing team (Content, Event, Growth, and Ops) to drive measurable impact on pipeline generation (SQLs), while owning marketing OKRs, performance tracking, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy in line with business priorities and sales goals
- Manage all Ops topics, including marketing, client & sales ops while managing a dedicated team.
- Execute and coordinate marketing package plans with a focus on 2 to 3 key products per quarter with a 360° marketing activation strategy
- Partner closely with the CRO to co-build and align on our quarterly pipeline generation strategy
- Ensure efficient collaboration with Sales, Product, and CSM teams.
- Define and monitor marketing budget and key channel allocations (Google Ads, Events, Partnerships…)

💪 Hard Skills
Solid experience in B2B performance marketing with SQL targets (3+ years in a Head/VP role)
Deep understanding of digital growth channels (paid, inbound, events, content…)
Strong analytical skills, able to use data to inform strategy and prioritization
Knowledge of key marketing and revenue tools (Hubspot, Planhat, Google Ads, …)
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Growth, Content, Events, Ops…)
