Descriptif du poste

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of our marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales and Customer to ensure seamless execution of our campaigns, accurate tracking of metrics, the continuous improvement of our marketing processes and management of the CRM for all marketing topics (TAM, companies, persona..).

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of marketing technologies and analytics.

Your Missions :

Monitor and maintain CRM data hygiene and integrity within marketing systems to ensure accurate reporting and segmentation.

Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to define marketing campaign objectives, strategies, and KPIs.

Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of any new marketing technology tools 

Lead the analysis and interpretation of marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving ROI.


Profil recherché

-You are native in french and you speak english perfectly

- 2 years of experience in marketing operations

- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools

- Solid understanding of marketing principles and the customer journey.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

- Business Case with Pauline

- 45 min Values Ambassador with 2 employees of Mytraffic,

- A final interview with Claudia and Anais, your future team members
