Context

To support Mytraffic rapid European scale-up, we are looking for a FP&A manager, with strong leadership and deep analytical skills, to consolidate the Mytraffic Finance team.

Finance Team scope

Within the Finance, Legal & BI department, Finance team (Romain our CFO and Sarah) is in charge of the following missions :

- Client & Sales Admin (invoicing, factoring management, client dunning, litigation, KPIs)

- Suppliers & Cost Admin (suppliers’ admin, payments, KPIs)

- Cash Management (banks)

- Accounting (managing external accountant)

- Financial Planning & Analysis (Consolidation, Business Planning / Budget / Monthly Reporting / Reforecasts) / Financial Reporting (Managers, Exec, Board)

- Funding (public-sponsored funding, debt, equity)

FP&A Job Responsibilities

- Reporting directly to Romain, our Chief Financial Officer

- Lead, Optimize & Run the finance processes (tools, documentation, outputs, performance, business & performance metrics …)

- Set & Run appropriate & accurate monitoring & detailed reporting to the internal & external stakeholders (managers, exec, board, lenders, …)

- Ensure financial data quality, and conversion of financial data into actionable decision making insights

- Along with Sarah, manage external players (banks, accoutants, auditors, consulting companies)

This job is for you if :

- You have a master in Finance or from a business school,

- 5/8 years of experience as Auditor in Transaction Services, as FP&A Manager and/or as Head of Finance in a similar fast-growing environment.

- You have a strong leadership & management skills, to get the full ownership of company’s financial processes, and play a key role in Mytraffic strategic decision-making.

- You are solution driven with a natural curiosity and investigative mindset

- You are agility & willingness to work in a fast growing startup environment

- You are fluent in French & English

- You have advanced Analytical, Excel, Google Sheet skills

- You master accounting (French GAAP) & Financial Analytical Analysis in multi-country consolidation

- You master the financial tools (Hubspot, Sellsy, Spendesk, Rubypayeur, DEXT, SAGE, or similar tools)

- 30 minutes discovery call with Dorine, our TAM

- A Case Study, to be done at home

- 1h with Romain, our CFO (your manager) to debrief the case, follow by 30 min with Sarah (your colleague in the team)

- « Mytraffic Values » Interview, 45 minutes, with 2 other staff

- 30 minutes interview with Hakim, our CEO
