What is the role about?

This role serves as a partner to the VP Sales as a strategic advisor and executing cross-functional and cross-organization initiatives and activities supporting the VP Sales’s strategy and vision in alignment with our company values. You will support the VP Sales in its strategic projects to structure and amplify our growth at the heart of a fast-paced industry. You will have a vision on all business and international issues.

Missions

🎯 Day 2 Day Assistance

- Information processing, analysis, and writing of memos for the VP of Sales, agendas, and planning management

- Preparation of strategic meetings, in collaboration with other teams

- Built strong relationships with all departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance that propelled the company toward its ambitious goals

📝 Reporting

- Definition of metrics to ensure the productivity of the team

- Work on strategic sales insights

💡 Projects

- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of the VP of Sales

- Review, design, and execute improvements to Sales structure such as international development, onboarding, sales enablement or the pipeline generation

- Reflection on the ecosystem, identify companies that can become partners to multiply our actions


Profil recherché

We would love to work with you if..

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting or fast-paced environment.

  • You have an experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives and in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.

  • You love to work on projects and strategic analyses as well as having an operational, hands-on approach.

  • You love to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and you’re not afraid of change, so you’re agile.

  • You have an ability to adapt and prioritize in a constantly changing environment.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • You have strong analytical skills, you are synthetic, structured and humble.

  • You are fluent in english and french, you are a master in PowerPoint.

  • You have appetite for tech solutions and data.


Déroulement des entretiens

What does our recruitment process look like?

  • You’ll first Call Meeting with the Head of TAM to talk about you and the company - 45 min.

  • You’ll then have an interview with Michaël to talk about the job and your experiences- 45 min.

  • You’ll then meet Laura (Chief Product Officer) to talk about Product X CSM collaboration and with Julien- 45 min.

  • You’ll then work on a case study and discuss with Michaël - 1h30.

  • You’ll then have a Value interview (1h) before to meet Hakim , our CEO to assess a mutual fit - 1h
