As a Product Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in delivering our brand new SaaS application (“Odyssey”) in a first phase. You will engage closely with our Tech team, as well as collaborate with our Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams.
My Job Glasses has significant ambition for 2024, especially strengthening its Product & Tech teams in order to successfully launch “Odyssey” to support the new partnerships we have secured.
This will thus give you the opportunity to work on the different facets of the application and to quickly evolve within the company.
MISSIONS
Product Delivery
Define backlog items (epics/features/stories) with a data-driven mindset in order to guide the development teams
Write user stories along with acceptance criteria. Test the same when the feature is built
Conduct weekly backlog grooming sessions with all stakeholders and prioritize those against urgency of the need vs. available capacity
Solve product-related issues, make decisions and continuously do trade-off analyses to ensure development stays on track towards deliverable commitments
Drive/participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives
Drive the release process actively
Ensure there is always a healthy backlog of prioritized user stories ready for development
Communicate effectively to all stakeholders as to the status of the development
Be accountable for the created products
Collaboration with other teams
Serve as the voice of all stakeholders, both internal and external to the development team
Collaborate with all stakeholders during visioning of the product roadmap
Work closely with operations & tech leads to analyze the needs and align them to our product roadmaps and vision
Product Discovery
Analyze user behaviors or user feedbacks collected via Intercom tools or the Customer Success team
Centralize user feedback
Design and conduct user tests to validate hypotheses
Collaborate with Product Designer to create new interfaces and/or iterations on existing features
Salary from 50-60k€ depending on experience
3-4 years of experience as Product owner / Manager
Entrepreneurship, creative thinking, resourcefulness and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Experience in handling customers and stakeholders
Interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in customer-first product systems, especially important is familiarity with modern customer validation techniques
