Team and context
Marketing Communication manages all activities relating to market awareness and the Murex brand, including PR, digital and social media, thought leadership, product promotions and co-marketing. We manage the marketing channels, including web and digital campaigns.
Your missions
Own community management and our presence on LinkedIn: maintain the social media calendar up to date and coordinate the graphic assets and captions’ development.
Coordinate our awards submission strategy by ensuring the adherence to the timeline for our submissions, and interface between media companies and the internal Murex stakeholders. Contribute to the execution of the campaigns promoting our awards wins.
Contribute on an ad-hoc basis to the digital web-site projects and content production (emailer, press release, end of year client communication…).
Communicate the marketing activities to the company by producing a monthly newsletter. Maintain the internal Wiki marketing page. Distribute a weekly Market Intelligence update.
Centralize advertisement calendar and collaborate with colleagues to manage ad placement.
Own the media and analyst subscriptions by auditing the usage of our subscriptions, maintain the budget and ensure the renewals and the new subscriptions.
Update and refresh our corporate presentation.
Your profile / Who you are
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, communication
Autonomous, self-driven working approach working collaboratively on multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent writing skills in English.
Proficiency to operate independently.
Attention to details and excellent communication skills.
Excellent collaborative skills with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
