Description of the department and team
Murex Learning is a global team responsible for conducting learning needs assessments, designing, developing, purchasing, and delivering Learning experiences to the Murex ecosystem (internal employees, clients, and partners), covering all learning modalities (remote, in-person, digital).
The Paris Learning team is (around 10 people) and is organized by two sub-domains. Learning Operations Team is responsible for the ongoing and impactful collaboration with Business stakeholders to address learning needs through consultative interactions, and overseeing the deployment of employee, client, and partner Learning experiences. Learning Production team is responsible for the design and development of learning content.
Your missions/What you’ll do ?
As a Learning Business Partner of the EMEA region, part of the Learning Operation Team based in Paris, you will be in charge of one or more specific departments of Murex.
Your mission will be:
Conduct the annual learning needs assessment (LNA) of your assigned population(s), including the mid-year review and ongoing learning conversations with department heads and managers
Build and deploy the yearly learning plan based on the LNA
Enrich our learning offer by researching and identifying internal trainers and/or external providers to respond to specific learning development needs.
Act as a real partner and Learning expert to HRBPs and managers, providing guidance, recommendations and innovative solution to address needs
Leverage tools in our Learning Technologies ecosystem to generate, consolidate, and prepare Learning reports with meaningful and relevant data to your stakeholders, including but not limited to cost/benefit analysis, learning impact, learning consumption, etc.
Contribute to legal specific reports such as: fiscal year results for CSE, BDES, Bilan social
In addition, you will be an active contributor in various learning projects such as the Murex University, Artificial Intelligence, ESG, optimization of our processes across regions (APAC, AMER, EMEA)
Your profile/who you are
Graduated from a Master degree and at least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development including a strong knowledge of French legal aspects related to learning
Proficiency in Adult Learning Theories and practices
Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders of different seniority levels in a professional and value-adding manner
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and English (all our training materials are written in English)
Excellent French writing skills (in addition to English) for creating documentation for legal purposes (e.g., CSE, etc.)
Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple projects
Excellent organizational, problem-solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to interact with a diverse group of employees, vendors, and leaders in a courteous and professional manner
Passionate about data analytics and processes
Autonomous, collaborative and team spirit orientated
