Job Description

Warranty Assessor

40 hours per week

Milan, Hybrid

 

Are you an automotive fan? Have you gained experience in a position related to handling warranty cases? MSXI has the job for you!

 

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Warranty Assessor to join our team in Milan.

The Role

The main purpose is to review and assess all warranty claims according to Our Customer policies and technical procedures. You will evaluate claims, ensure correct allocations, and determine appropriate warranty responses, which are tracked in a database. Responsibilities include reviewing claims for coding accuracy, ensuring repairs comply with reported faults and brand standards, and addressing dealer and workshop inquiries via email and phone. You will correspond professionally with dealers and Brand Management regarding claim evaluations and amendments. The Warranty Assessor, in accordance with the directions of the Project Manager (PM), must:

  • Manage day by day warranty claims and/or pre-approval according with daily workload;
  • Verify warranty policies and procedures application;
  • Check claims integrity;
  • Check claims correctness according with Customer systems;
  • Address claims control according with Dealer behavior and deficiency;
  • Self-assessment on managed cases on weekly basis;
  • Communicate with Customer about cases in analysis;
  • KPI results reporting
