Job Description

For our team we are looking for a candidate with automotive experience for the Benelux Market.

In this position you will develop part sales, drive implementation of aftersales standards and implement marketing and sales programs.

  • Customer satisfaction/loyalty improvement 
  • CV Workshop traffic and revenue improvements 
  • Downtime Management Implementation

Implement the CV aftersales strategy working within the local customer service department of the Customer and the CV sales teams to meet/exceed all objectives covered under the following areas: 

  1. Put in place CV Key Performance Metrics with all Transit Centre dealers and that a regular reporting process is set up to monitor progress against these KPIs 
  2. Ensure that each CV Dealer has optimum levels of CV Workshop capacity to service the local CV parc and to assist dealers to increase capacity where necessary. Develop action plans which include: 
  • Technicians’ recruitment & training 
  • Workshop opening hours, including weekend opening 
  • Workshop shifts 
  • Technicians pay-plans e.g. retention bonuses etc. 
  • Implement and ensure the success of centrally produced CV Programs advising, training and coaching dealers as necessary. 
  • Ensure all Dealers achieve aftersales standards and meet the promise. 
  • Identify incremental CV Business growth opportunities with dealers. 
  • Increase parts by increasing visit frequency and spend per visit at dealers, this includes ideas to generate workshop traffic and maximise fleet & business opportunities. 
  • Lead the launch of the Downtime Management system within the NSC and with dealers focusing on CV customer downtime reduction. 
  • Ensure implementation and communication at all Centers 
  • Development and implementation of Sales/Communication/Marketing Campaigns to Business Customers 
  • Attend regular update calls/WebEx and report on overview established. 
  • Develop presentations for business reviews, workshops and similar events. 
  • Provide specific Dealer initiative action and reporting to project management. 

Specific KPI's and Objectives:

  • Incremental parts sales (through increased vehicle visits into the Dealer workshops) 
  • Commercial vehicle appointment booking lead times to less than 
  • Transit 24 standards compliance. 
  • Sign up and use of Ford Downtime Management tool

Relationships and Interface:

  • Develop strong strategic relationships with Dealer Principals and CV Aftersales Managers 
  • Gain commitment and action to implement CV Programmes and activities 
  • Work closely with Ford of Europe Management, Local FCSD, Local Field teams and CV Team Leaders to ensure that CV interests remain a major NSC priority. 
  • Maintain positive relationships with Ford CV Sales Team, and Fleet Aftersales Department.

 


Profil recherché

Bachelor degree 

Experience: 2 – 5 Years 

Competencies/ Other skills: 

Computer literate with competency in word/excel programs and possess a full driving licence 

Languages: Dutch, English, French (PRE)
