Mission Statement:

Join Mooncard on its mission to set new standards in fintech customer engagement. As our Customer Marketing Manager, you are at the forefront of deepening customer relationships through strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing referral programs, boosting social media engagement, driving retention and upsell, and elevating our Satisfaction Scores. 

Your visionary approach will not only transform our customer base into brand advocates but also contribute significantly to Mooncard's growth and customer-centric philosophy.

Your Role and Responsibilities are the following 

Communication management:

  • Handle all communications channels to send messages to customers.

Referral Program Leadership:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive referral program that encourages existing customers to refer new clients, leveraging incentives that align with customer preferences and behaviors. 
  • Develop a multi-channel marketing strategy to promote the referral program, integrating personalized communication and social proof to maximize participation and conversion rates.

Social Media Engagement:

  • Elevate Mooncard's social media strategy to foster a vibrant and engaged online community. Curate and publish engaging content that resonates with our audience, highlights customer success stories, and showcases the value of our products.
  • Implement social listening tools to gather insights and feedback, enabling real-time engagement and community-driven product development.

Retention & Upsell Initiatives:

  • Create segmented marketing campaigns that identify and target customers with high upsell potential, using data analytics to personalize offers based on user behavior and product usage. 
  • Develop loyalty programs that reward continued engagement and investment in Mooncard's suite of products, ultimately reducing churn and fostering long-term relationships.

Elevating Customers Satisfaction:

  • Spearhead a robust customer feedback loop that integrates CSAT, NPS, and CES metrics to gain comprehensive insights into customer satisfaction. Use this feedback to implement strategic improvements across the customer journey, from onboarding to continued engagement. 
  • Regularly report on these metrics to the broader team, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement and customer-centricity.

Your Profile: 

  • You have from 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with previous experience as a CRM Manager
  • Proficiency in platforms such as: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Hubspot is a very nice to have
  • Extensive experience in customer marketing strategies, particularly within the fintech sector.
  • You are a good communicator and you are at ease working across various teams for achieving shared goals and enhancing customer’s experience
  • You are a natural leader with strong analytical skills which help you to derive insights from customer data.
  • Fluent in English and French
