We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to enhance Mooncard’s market presence and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will excel in brand management, marketing, communication, social media, public relations, advertising, and editorial strategy.

Your Missions :

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligning with Mooncard’s vision.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends
  • Define brand positioning and deploy it into a cohesive brand platform.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Create compelling ads to support growth team activities.
  • Manage media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop social media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • With internal & external support, manage social media accounts and create aligned content.
  • Monitor and leverage social media trends.

Public Relations:

  • Manage public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation.
  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Handle media inquiries and prepare PR materials.

Brand Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports on brand performance for senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Ensure brand alignment with product, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners.
  • Foster a strong internal brand culture

Event and Sponsorship Management

  • Identify and manage brand partnerships and event opportunities.
  • Plan and execute brand events.
  • Ensure all events align with brand guidelines.

Brand Assets Revamp:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance brand assets.
  • Ensure brand assets reflect updated strategies and positioning.

       Editorial Strategy:

  • Develop and implement an editorial strategy to align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all platforms.
  • Ensure all content supports brand messaging and drives engagement.  

        Your Profile :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in brand management or marketing.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and public relations.
    • Experience in creating ads and managing media campaigns.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Creative and strategic mindset.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
    • Experience in the financial technology or payments industry would be a plus
    • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
    • Experience in managing external agencies.
    • Strong portfolio of successful brand campaigns
    • Fluency in French language is required for this role
