Position : 🎯

Molotov is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst who will provide the financial planning, reporting and analytical requirements for the Finance Team. You will be a strategic, financial and operational asset to the Finance Team, executive team, and business owners throughout the organization in New York and Paris. You will be a member of Molotov’s team based in Paris, and will interact on a regular basis with the US-based team as well.

Missions : 🚀

• Develop and maintain insightful financial models for senior management that help guide critical business and analytical decisions in all areas, including Marketing, Advertising, and Content
• Improve and manage forecasting, budgeting and long-term strategic planning efforts
• Refine, analyze and integrate the financial statements (P&L, B/S, CF) in conjunction with the Accounting team
• Participate in cash flow forecasting & budgeting
• Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly KPI dashboards for the management team
• Support Finance, Accounting, and Content teams in monthly content expense analysis
• Create reports that provide financial metrics around actual versus forecasted performance
• Support the Finance Team in providing financial models for internal presentations and board meetings
• Potentially assist with month end reconciliation
• Monitor and proactively identify expense saving opportunities

Profil : 🏆

• You are fluent in English and extremely comfortable communicating in professional English, in writing and verbally
• You have at least 1-3 years of professional experience at an investment bank, financial consulting and/or accounting firm, private equity fund, venture capital fund, or corporate finance team (ideally a company in the tech/media/telecom space)
• You have a diploma from a top Business School or Engineering School
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• You have expertise with financial presentations in Powerpoint
• You have superior teamwork and communication abilities
• You are able to take initiatives
• You have inquisitive mind with strong desire to learn
• You have strong personal drive and work ethics
