Molotov’s backend is a distributed platform of micro-services written in Golang. The list of features is long, covering all the scopes of video in 2025 (Live, VOD, SVOD, AVOD, FAST, NPVR, …) as well as many related topics (social, payment, CMS, data ingestion, …). “🚀

As the leading TV platform in France, the platform must remain efficient and reliable even during intense load peaks for TV events (soccer games, breaking news…). Molotov was acquired in 2022 by a US company, FuboTV, which offers the same kind of services in USA, Canada and Spain, with an emphasis on live sport events.

Leveraging our combined experiences, we’re now building the first international TV streaming platform, with the best features and tech from Molotov and FuboTV.

Reporting to the backend engineering manager, you’ll be helping to build the new unified platform backoffice, used by our international in-house teams.

Ideally with at least a first experience in a web environment, you are curious and pragmatic to find technical solutions that work, and attentive to the demands of internal teams.

Molotov’s backoffice is the cornerstone of our internal tools. Used by virtually all our teams (marketing, editorial, customer support, tech, etc.), it enables us to control all the platform’s functionalities. It’s an indispensable, high-quality tool for our business.

• Collaboration with product teams to define and improve the UX/UI ;

• Integration of new functionalities, using APIs developed by the team or other internal teams ;

• Monitor the back office and be proactive in resolving issues ;

• Ensure quality of deliverables ;

You are passionate about coding modern service platforms, with at least 3 years of experience as a full stack developer.

Mindful of the user experience, you don’t focus only on the happy path, but also take great care of error handling.

Autonomous and able to discuss with product / marketing teams to help define the need and appropriate solutions.

Team spirit, excellent communication, fluent in English and  maximum safety. Ready to join us?
