moka.care is a mental health solution for companies, with one mission in mind: nurturing healthy minds to foster healthy organizations.

We guide employees through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions.

Alongside we help HR teams to take care of their employees’ mental health on a daily basis.


Where we are currently: Since our creation in December 2019, more than 300 companies (L'Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and we now have over 40,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world!

We have raised 17,5 million euros and are 65 to help companies improve their mental well-being.

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?


The Operations Community’s core responsibilities are to build, strengthen and scale our operational capabilities to handle fast growth and product diversification. We are then looking for a Projet Manager with a first track record in building and scaling operations and help us support moka’s ambitions: quality of our delivery, relevance of our offer and cost efficiency.


As a Project Manager, you’ll be in charge to build mental health products adapted to companies’ needs.

As of today, your responsibilities will be:


- Mental Health Academy: You’ll be responsible for the quality, the impact and the cost efficiency of our training courses. You’ll be in charge to lead the creation of new contents with the help of our mental health experts and client facing teams, improve existing ones, design strong process to deliver presentations tailored to customer needs, recruit and train practitioners.


- Audit RPS delivery: This is a new project that requires us to continue improving processes, especially to present RPS audit results. You’ll build qualitative and business-driven presentations, recruit and train practitioners to deliver it to make audit delivery more qualitative and cost efficient.


- Practitioners community: We work hand-in-hand with a 200-practitioner-network. You’ll be in charge to recruit new practitioners according to business needs, follow-up and negotiate rates and contracts, proactively propose solutions to assure qualitative and cost efficient deliveries.


- Communication with stakeholders : You’ll be in contact with numerous teams (Customer Care, Sales..) and will work closely with them both to draw on their experience for continuous improvement and equip them with sales materials and a relevant offer.


Based on the business needs and the performance, scopes and projects might evolve gradually.


Internal Tools : Slack (communication), Notion (knowledge base), Hubspot (CRM), Google Drive, 1password (secure password tool).

📇 You’re the ideal person if:

  • You have 1 or 2 years of experience in consulting environment or operations position (including internships & apprenticeships)
  • You can put yourself in our customers' shoes and adapt mental health content that will have an impact and be relevant to their employees and HR teams.
  • You have excellent business mind-set : you know how to adapt to company priorities and balance efficiency and quality, you are able to challenge mental health content to make them very relevant to business’ challenges
  • You have a strong ownership : you like learning by doing and getting your hands dirty
  • You have a good leadership : you know how to make decisions, be assertive, share a constructive point of view, have an advisory posture and give confidence to your interlocutors
  • You are agile and you're comfortable working in a fast-moving, uncertain environment.
  • You possess good organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, build trust relationships, negotiate effectively, and communicate proficiently in both French and English.

  • Salary range:
  • 38 000€ to 42 000€ + 5000€ de BSPCE
