Why do we need you?

We are growing and have more and more international partners. At moka.care we want to support each of our members in the best possible way! That’s why, we are looking for an English-speaking counsellor to take care of our non-French members.

Daily you will :

• Do “orientation calls” with our members (in English and in French): provide them with advice on how to choose the best practitioner for them and answering their questions on psychology, coaching or therapy
• Do “follow-up calls” with members to understand how moka have helped them or not
• Participate to the recruitment of practitioners working with us
• Participate to the development of mental health related content (audios, articles etc.)

You’re the ideal person if:

• You hold a Master in Psychology
• You have a native level of English (some of our members are non-French speaking)
• You are fluent in French
• You have 1-3 years of experience in Institutions or as an independent
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are very organized
• You have excellent oral and listening skills
