We continue building our Business developer team! Help us grow by joining our wonderful and enthusiastic sales team in its mission: nurture healthy minds to foster healthy organizations.
You will work directly with Clémence (BDR Manager) and join Léa and Kelly, the team of 2 BDRs (promess, you won’t be bored with them)
Starting as a business developer is the best way to grow into the Sales Executive position by working proactively on each step of our sales cycle.
Daily you will :
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline with the aim of generating qualified leads for our Accounts Executives
- Understand the needs of your prospects and identify the potential blockers (decision makers, budget, timing)
- Work with the account executive team in order to improve the quality of the leads sent
- Work hand in hand with your sales manager to develop your pipeline and set actions plans to achieve your quarterly objectives
- Ensure clear and relevant data is entered into our CRM
- Proactively exchange your ideas, best practices, etc. with your team with the aim of improving moka.care processes
