Modjo's vision is to become a category leader in business team productivity tools. Our ambition is to help businesses accelerate their human and commercial growth through a productivity platform based on customer interaction analysis. With Modjo, we help our clients in:

- Increasing the revenue of their sales & customer success teams by using our onboarding, coaching, and call review modules.

- Getting data into their CRM effortlessly.

- Enabling their teams to work better together.

Launched in 2019, we are a team of 65 people, assisting over 200 clients such as BackMarket, Doctolib, Swile, and Bouygues Telecom in France and abroad. From the beginning of our journey, we have been supported by prominent business angels: Michael Benabou, co-founder of Veepee; Rodolphe Ardant, founder and CEO of Spendesk; Steve Abou Rjeily, co-founder of Doctolib; Thibaud Hug de Larauze, founder and CEO of BackMarket, as well as Aglaé (VC). Two years later, we announced our €7 million Series A funding round with Daphni (VC) to invest heavily in our product and provide exceptional service in the CRM industry.

Your context and mission

Within the marketing team you will report directly to Tristan, Marketing Manager. Your role at Modjo will be to contribute to make Modjo's brand a major reference in terms of performance and productivity of customer facing teams. And to establish Modjo as an expert in customer facing (sales and account management) through our content production (articles, white papers, newsletters, website content, mailings, etc.) for the European market.

On a day-to-day basis, your role means :

Content Management - B2B :

- Creation and distribution of editorial content: articles, white papers, newsletters, website content, mailings...)

- Ensure the application of good SEO practices on all website content.

- Follow-up of the content and suggestions to optimize the visibility of Modjo.

Community management - Social Media :

- Reflection and creation of content for social media: planning, writing LinkedIn posts, and creating visuals.

- Management of content distribution and animation of our LinkedIn page.

- Monitoring and analyzing social media reporting to propose areas for improvement.

  • Produce content so we are found easily (SEO)
  • Do newsletter to activate our leads
  • Handle our social media on Linkedin.
  • Create webinars and podcast to generate leads
  • Animating a B2B community.
  • We think you would be a great fit if :

  • You are creative and have 1000 ideas a day ;
  • You have some knowledge of SEO or are interested in learning ;
  • You are organized, rigorous, and multi-skilled, with a good sense of priorities. The objective is to allow you to work autonomously on your missions ;
  • You enjoy writing and have impeccable spelling in French;
  • You want to learn how to build a community ;
  • You know how to use social networks, especially LinkedIn ;
  • You are curious about new businesses, tech word and saas ecosystem ;
  • You are able to work in English and French (both oral and written) ;

  • First visio interview with Tristan ( Marketing Manager & your future Manager). (30 minutes)
  • Business Case at home
  • Debrief case with Tristan (45 min) + Coffee with Marketing Team
  • Last interview with Cécile - (Chief Financial Officer) ! (30 minutes)
