    Job description

    In this context, we are looking for someone to lead the existing marketing team to take us to the next level.

    Your team :

    Composed of four smart, fun, hard-working people who have built a solid foundation that continues to grow:

    - Tristan : Marketing Manager

    - Camille : Product Marketing Manager

    - Vincent : Growth Manager

    - Jean : Growth Intern

    Your day to day roles consist in :

  • Lead a team 4 people and orchestrate execution while defining a long term vision.
  • Get a deep understanding of our users and deliver strategic insights to improve the way we address their pains.
  • Analyse our current buying journey and reshape it with a data-driven approach.
  • Identify and implement new strategies to improve results and to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Convert product capabilities into engaging, simple, and business-outcome aligned messaging that captures our mission.
  • Increase our brand presence and positioning and define new channels to spread the Modjo across Europe and beyond.
  • To succeed in this role at Modjo, we expect you to be :

  • A marketing visionary with a strong track record in the SaaS ecosystem.
  • A great mentor who transforms ambitious talents in world-class players.
  • A business acumen leader able to make Modjo overachieve it’s massive ambition.
  • An inspiration to every Modjitos with an outstanding capacity to bring Modjo’s mission on a new level.
  • A Martech-savvy with a deep grasp of top start-up / scale-up tool stack (Salesforce, Hubspot..) powered by proven marketing playbooks.
  • A doers with a global understanding of marketing mechanisms and tactics with the ability to orchestrate programs or strategies.
  • You are the perfect match, if :

  • You have a minimum of at least 6 years experience in high growth companies (SaaS is amazing)
  • You have already managed a small team and are thriving in this role, you are a leader and you like to coach and challenge your teams.
  • You love writing, and you know exactly how to make a great communication.
  • You are curious about Sales Enablement, Sales Tools Ecosystem.
  • You speak French & English fluently.
