Your missions :

Your mission as the Head of Marketing of Modjo will be to double the impact of Marketing on revenues in 18 months. You will be a member of the COMEX.

Concretely, your main goals will be to :

1- Establish a Go-To-Market strategy :

- Identify our different personae

- Target our different ICPs

2- Build Modjo's Marketing playbook :

- Test and define the right inbound and outbound acquisition strategy :

◦ paid acquisition channels

  ◦ content strategy: SEO, white papers, webinars

  ◦ automation

- Build analytics to track performance

- Reinforce branding: establish Modjo as a leader in the product category

3- Manage a team of 4/5 profiles :

- Composed of four smart, fun, hard-working people who have built a solid groundwork that keeps growing

- Hire the future key people your marketing team to double it in 18 months

What are the perspectives of the job?

Within 6 months

You will get a deep understanding of our solution and will:

- start building your marketing playbook

- start tracking the marketing performance of the team

Within 12 months

- You will have hired key people to progressively double the marketing team

- You will have rolled out your marketing strategy and increase Modjo’s revenue

And beyond …

- If you successfully build the marketing strategy and operationalization, you could become Modjo’s future CMO

Your profile :

- You have a minimum of at least 6 years experience in high-growth SaaS companies

- You have already managed a small team in performance marketing endeavours at a previous role (ideally a demand gen team), you are a leader and you like to coach and challenge a team of doers

- You have enough hindsight to understand the key drivers and painpoints of SaaS company to build and deploy a successful marketing playbook

- You are data-driven, love analyzing marketing data, and creating dashboards to monitor the marketing performance and its impact on Modjo's ARR

- You speak French & English fluently

- Cultural fit - 2h30 - Matthieu (CTO), Cécile (CFO), Sarah (Chief of Staff), and the marketing team’s managers

Job details :
