Your Role and Mission

- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing, across international markets.

- Actively hunt for new opportunities through cold calling, outbound prospecting, and networking.

- Generate and convert both inbound and outbound leads in Tech and other industries.

- Deliver compelling presentations that communicate Modjo’s value and spark client interest.

- Build lasting relationships with new clients, setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.

- Maintain a structured, data-driven pipeline with accurate forecasting.

- Share market insights with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to refine our Go-To-Market strategy.

- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to Modjo’s international growth.

To succeed in this role, you bring

- 5+ years of sales experience in fast-paced environments, including min 2+ years in B2B SaaS.

- Proven experience in leading complexe sales

- A strong hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, and energized by prospecting and cold outreach.

- A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding new business targets.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

- Strong organizational skills and pipeline discipline.

- A data-driven approach to demonstrate ROI and guide decision-making.

- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to thrive independently in a high-growth startup.
