    Mobilize Pay est une start-up issue de Mobilize Financial Services, la filiale banque et services du Groupe Renault. Son équipe évolue en grande autonomie afin de développer de nouveaux modes de paiements et services eco-responsables autour de la mobilité de ses
    clients B2C (activité d’émission) et des services de paiement B2B (activité d’acquisition).
    La vision de Mobilize Pay est d’inspirer et donner à chacun les moyens de se déplacer et de vivre de manière plus durable, à chaque paiement.

    Descriptif du poste

    As our Office & IT Manager, you will be responsible for keeping an office and an IT running smoothly and overseeing administrative support.

    Your role will be key to help Mobilize Pay take care of its team members and bring joy and happiness for everyone. You’ll be pairing with our managing team and will thrive to bring Mobilize Pay’s values to our employees and partners. In particular, you will be working on:

    50% Office Management

    • Overseeing general office operations and manage service providers.

    • Assist the organisation’s Operations, HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, updating documents, processing invoices and managing office budgets

    • Help organise internal or external company events and conferences

    • Organise induction programmes for new employees

    • Coordinate appointments, meetings and other office events and manage staff calendars and schedules

    • Supervise office related asks and organise domestic and international travel

    • Create presentations and other management-level reports on demand

    50% IT Management

    • Management of the IT fleet

    • Token & tools management

    • IT support within Mobilize Pay and IT production relationship management with the group.

    • Progressive integration on Cloud Infrastructures subjects

    In this role, you will report to Mobilize Pay CEO and CTO, but we expect true ownership and drive from you!
    The role will be based in central Paris. We fully support flexible working, but love to collaborate in real life a two days a week to get the most out of the experience.

    Profil recherché

    • You hold a bachelor’s degree (minimum) and have at least 3 years of experience in IT infra & system administration and / or office administration, ideally close in a startup environment

    • You can work autonomously with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You have experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

    • You adapt quickly to new environments and challenges and are able to multitask. You are willing to take initiatives and strive to continuously improve yourself

    • You possess a friendly and upbeat demeanor that help you effectively interact with people

    • You are a great communicator and show empathy & diplomacy

    • You are fluent in French and English

    Typically, people with 3-6 years of experience in a support/operations team have developed the tactical skills to be successful in this role. But we believe this is not the best predictor of future performance and that people learn fast – so if all this sounds exciting to you, we’d love to meet you! 👋
