    Job description

    What we’re looking for

    We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As our first full-time QA Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing, with the goal of increasing the overall quality of our products and easing the work of our development and CSM teams.

    As our first full-time QA Engineer, you will:

    • Write test cases and scripts, initially to be tested manually and eventually automated
    • Test new features before launch and increase our E2E testing coverage to minimize regression
    • Review and validate specifications and acceptance criteria to develop effective test plans and prepare test datasets
    • Identify and monitor KPIs for product quality
    • Plan, implement and continuously optimize the testing process and overall quality strategy (don’t just firefight)
    • Test current products to identify, document and track bugs, deficiencies and inconsistencies
    • Classify and help troubleshoot issues reported by customers
    • Report to our CTO and work closely with product management and development team

    Preferred experience


    • You have an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
    • You have attention to details and like to spot corner cases
    • You are fluent in English, you can communicate what you have in mind effortlessly and can write documentation
    • You are a team player, with a great interpersonal and communication skill

    Technical experience:

    • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
    • 2+ years of experience implementing automated E2E testing with tools such as Selenium or Protractor, ideally in Javascript/Typescript
    • 2+ years of experience exploring, analyzing, cross-checking data by writing SQL queries
