We are looking for a highly innovative and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to join the Mirakl EMEA Marketing team and help support Mirakl’s growth as the leader in Marketplaces and the Platform Economy.

In this role, you will report to the VP EMEA Growth & Field Marketing and work closely with the extended Marketing team as well as the France Sales, Alliances and Customer Success teams to plan and execute a wide range of marketing programs and initiatives to ultimately generate and drive the sales pipeline. You will also be closely aligned with the local sales leaders with a main goal to help the EMEA sales team engage with leading retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers in the France region through innovative campaigns and compelling communications and content strategies.

As a key member of the growing European Marketing Team, your responsibilities include:

  • Participate in the design of the marketing plan for France (targeting, communications and content, budget planning, events schedule, recruiting channels, analysis and reporting of ROI).
  • Adapt the EMEA marketing plan to your local specifics integrating different dimensions (content, Mirakl-branded events, Executive VIP dinners, partner events).
  • Build regional strategic territory plans aligned with the French regional sales leadership priorities and revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute field marketing events/tradeshows that deliver ROI to the business
  • Work with Mirakl Digital Marketing Manager and regional Business Development representatives to create and roll-out campaigns (customized emails, webinars, Ads, account-based marketing campaigns) in the region with responsibility over the ROI of such campaigns.
  • Brief local PR agencies on Mirakl’s strategy and build and maintain relationships with local generalist and specialist (retail, manufacturing, wholesaling) press.
  • Work with industry experts and influencers in the region to drive target accounts to educate them on the platform economy and to leverage their network at Mirakl events.
  • Create and adapt all marketing assets for the region(vidéo, brochures, goodies, roll up …)
  • Develop and adapt content working closely with the Communications & Content Marketing Manager from Mirakl EMEA Marketing.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Marketing team Customer Marketing Manager in executing in execution the EMEA Customer Marketing for France, with a focus on User Advisory Board (UAB)
  • In charge of the reporting for the outcome of all regional marketing plans with Business Development Representatives from France ensuring proper handover of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated in the region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience working with or for a Tech company in a regional marketing role
  • Ability to travel occasionally across Europe for events and internal meetings.
  • French and English speaker, other European language will be a bonus
  • Experienced in event management, from planning to execution
  • Familiarity with lead acquisition and nurturing process and system using Salesforce CRM, email and social tools is a must have
  • Demonstrated success in supporting the field (sales, CSM, business development) teams as well as partner ecosystem in a fast pace environment
  • Experience with targeted programs directed at key enterprise accounts
  • Understands how to use email, website and social media in an overall demand creation approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with multiple teams and represent the company in a positive, professional manner
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills: lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule
  • Experience managing projects to a fixed budget and proven ROI with third-party vendors and contractors
  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation and operational excellence
