You’ll turn real customer problems into shipped value. You’ll help us focus on the highest-leverage bets, validate them quickly with users, and drive them to production so enterprises can safely deploy agentic workflows that actually move the needle.
What you’ll do
Turn market reality into revenue: partner with pre-sales, CSE and sales on discovery and pilots; help convert pilots to paid by improving activation and time-to-first-value.
Own initiatives end-to-end: frame the problem, define success, create low-fi mocks, write crisp specs, review and fine-tune with the product & engineering teams to ship.
Shape the roadmap: feed validated insights into prioritization; your work directly informs the company roadmap.
Dogfood Mindflow: use the product daily; log gaps and drive fixes that improve real user workflows.
Narrative & enablement: contribute to customer-facing docs (tutorials, guides, changelogs) that unblock adoption.
What success looks like
Shorter time-to-first-automation for new customers.
Higher pilot-to-paid conversion through better onboarding and fit.
Clear, data-backed product studies that lead to shipped value, not shelfware.
Fewer “does your product do X?” gaps in RFPs because we either ship X or clearly position around it.
Team
You’ll report to the Director of Product and work closely with ~17 engineers plus design and GTM. Your insights directly drive what we build next.
You have a strong writing culture.
You’ve spent a couple of years shipping B2B software and learned how to turn fuzzy input into clear, testable product bets.
You like getting in front of customers, running discovery, pulling signal from notes and data, and turning that into simple specs that engineers can execute on.
You’re comfortable sketching low-fi mocks to align a team, writing crisp PRDs and acceptance criteria, and following through to launch and adoption.
You enjoy partnering with Sales and pre-sales, can hold your own in demos, and you care about evaluation, safety, and reliability in agentic workflows.
You communicate clearly, write well, and work seamlessly with design and engineering. You’re fluent in English and energized by building the product practices a company will scale with.
