Descriptif du poste

You will join the Operations department, whose mission is to deploy Metroscope software solutions to our customers, but also to maintain and continuously improve the diagnostic methodology.  The department is divided into 3 teams: project management, process, and data science.

Within the Project Management team, you will create the Technical Account Management function and your role will consist in :

  • Manage the customer relationship for several of our Industrial Accounts:

    • From the delivery, ensure a good user adoption of the Metroscope software.

    • Enable customer’s organisation changes thanks to the use of Metroscope.

    • Partner with the different operational teams to ensure the tool delivers the high added value expected.

    • Provide great Customer Support

    • Train end users.

  • Create the technical account management function within Metroscope and spread a Customer Success mindset and best practices.

  • Support the Sales Acquisition process:

    • Provide relevant technical insights for business meetings.

    • Participate in pre-sales meetings.

  • Contribute to the product roadmap.

  • Be the customers’ voice inside Metroscope and Metroscope’s advocate with our customers.

Profil recherché

  • An Engineering background is a must have to be able to understand our customers

  • You have either:

    • 5+ years of experience with Ops responsibilitie (Performance Engineer, Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager…) in an industrial environment (Power Plant, Refinery, Chemicals…) and a strong technical knowledge.

    • Or 5+ years of experience as a consultant for energy industry players.

  • Your strong understanding of our customers’ context will help you provide them with relevant recommandations and guide them through their organisational change journey.

  • You have a strong customer orientation.

  • You’re self starter and a force for bringing forward proposals.

  • You’re team player and like to work with multiple stakeholders from various background.

  • English is a must as our customers are international ; French fluency would be appreciated but not mandatory

  • Although not a requirement, a SaaS experience / exposure would be a plus.

  • Finally, you are passionate about the energy industry and want to have an impact on the climate.
