As Mercateam accelerates its growth, we are looking for an intern for 6 months in Paris, working hand in hand with the Business Operations Manager and our CEO, with a focus on Sales.

Joining the adventure at this stage means you will have a strong impact on our scaling effort :

  • Streamline & optimize processes : Help sales team increasing its productivity by scaling our processes. You’ll leverage our CRM Hubspot, no-code automations tools and our modern data stack to make sure we capture revenue and can identify opportunities for growth.

  • Monitor performance : Make sure our managing team understands how we perform. You’ll help set up frameworks & dashboards, bringing clarity to the company, helping on reports for investors

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, deployment, customer success and product to ensure consistency across the organisation, delivering on transversal projects, owning business team buy in.

Ce que tu peux attendre de ton expérience chez Mercateam

  • The opportunity to work directly with our CEO, the Business Operations manager (Ex consulting / Doctolib / Ankorstore…), our Chief of Sales (Ex Alma) and the rest of the managing team to learn from the bests

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate is a doer, interested in business topics while keen to get hands-on on technical ones. This role is a fine mix between understanding underlying business pains and getting things done.

  • You are currently in a top business or engineering school, you have 6 month experience already, preferably in a startup environment.

  • You’re interested in working cross-functionnally. You want to improve your knowledge of how a sales machine runs and how it ties to the rest of the company.

  • You have an analytical mindset and you are keen to work with data (Gsheet, SQL, dataviz tool, data models and pipelines).

  • You’re not just analytical, you have great communication skills allowing you to support our managers. You are not affraid to carry a project in front of a business team and support the change.

  • You can read between the lines to understand what lies behind an expressed business problem. You have empathy and are able to put yourself in your interlocutor shoes.

  • You are autonomous, curious, a doer driven by impact.

  • You speak and write French & English perfectly

Déroulement des entretiens

  • 1 interview with Damien your manager (30min)

  • 1 interview with Adrien our CEO (30min)

  • 1 short business case to prepare home to assess the way you think (45min)
