Business Operations Manager Responsibilities:
As the inaugural Business Operations Manager at Mercateam, you will hold a pivotal and strategic role in its scaling efforts. Directly reporting to the CEO, your mission will involve streamlining all processes from sales revenue to customer success and identifying optimization opportunities. Always driven by the data you will create the report, propose solutions then implement them. You will be involved in all the decisions and projects that could help the company to scale with a special focus on onboarding and deployment processes for our large industrial customers.
Internal Process Optimization:
Area: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success
Analyze existing internal processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Implement solutions to simplify and enhance operational efficiency.
Build a strong link between all the team: Sales, Marketing, ops and tech
Pilot all the continuous improvement project
Ensure adherence to processes from deal signing through customer success (CS) follow-up and bottom-up strategy.
Deployment & Onboarding at scale
Partner deployment is complex and can vary based on sector and group maturity. Your initial task is to design and implement a scalable deployment model regardless of country and organizational type. A strategic and analytical approach will create a common pattern resulting in an average deployment time of 2 months.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for deployment teams and then:
Achieve an average Mercateam deployment time of 1.5 months.
Achieve the ratio of one new site per month per consultant.
Facilitate Mercateam solution deployment at clients, ensuring a smooth experience and a strong relationship.
Define significant return on investment (ROI) by sector and product segment sold.
Utilize your strategy consulting experience to contribute to Mercateam’s growth and strategic positioning in industrial groups.
Work closely with technical, sales, and product management teams to ensure effective coordination.
