Responsibilities
PLEASE NOTE This job requires fluent Spanish, only applicants who meet this criteria will be considered.

  • Manage customer onboarding to make sure customers are set up for success
  • Review customer usage and strategize with customers to help them become better users of Mention
  • Ability to renew & generate expansion revenue from existing clients
  • Analyze, organize, and communicate customer feedback to the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Respond quickly to customer-submitted questions and requests
  • Plan and conduct detailed webinars and tutorials
  • Develop strong relationships with our customers to ensure retention.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Mention’s capabilities, use cases and internal processes
  • Keep up to date on Social Listening industry and competitive landscape

Profil recherché

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of of work experience in client facing roles, ideally in account management, sales or business development roles
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong execution skills
  • Familiarity with Industry softwares (Google Drive, Salesforce, Salesmachine, Intercom)
  • Excellent customer service skills – the ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious.
  • Passion for building relationships with people/customers.
  • Excellent writer and communicator.
  • English native, Fluent Spanish
  • New York based
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
