We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Finance Specialist to join us! Working directly with our Head of Finance & Administration, you will have a strategic as your work will directly impact Comex decisions and teams performance.

MISSIONS 💪

Reporting & analyse

• Coordinate with the accounting firm for monthly closing
• Prepare and analyse reporting delivered to Comex and owner
• Handle cash report and forecast

Finance Ops

• Sales administration supporting Customer Success and Sales Teams (referent on invoicing system, support teams in receivable collection)
• Suppliers invoicing follow-up and payment preparation
• Follow budget utilisation

Development projects

• Improve actual reports and develop others
• Work with the data ops to provide relevant dashboards & KPIs to teams
• Work on cross teams projects to improve processes

Aside of the Head of Finance & Administration you will have the opportunity to be involve in all activities covered by the Finance & legal team.
