We are a fast-growing startup backed by renowned advisors and already trusted by leading French companies (Groupe Rocher, La Poste, Transdev, EY, and more). Our team is made up of AI, innovation, and tech enthusiasts. And now, we’re looking for our very first Growth Marketer to help us accelerate even further.
Reporting directly to Charlotte, our Head of Marketing (10+ years of experience), you will be the driving force behind our acquisition strategy and growth experiments. Your goal: generate qualified leads, fuel our sales pipeline, and increase brand awareness across the ecosystem.
Your responsibilities:
Design, test, and optimize multichannel acquisition campaigns (emailing, LinkedIn Ads, cold outreach, SEA, partnerships, etc.).
Analyze marketing performance (tracking, attribution, ROI) and suggest improvements.
Develop agile experiments in collaboration with the sales team (A/B tests, landing pages, lead magnets, etc.).
Leverage content marketing to deliver the right messages to the right personas.
Play a key role in structuring our growth and marketing automation stack (HubSpot, Notion, Webflow, Figma, Humanlinker, Sales Nav, etc.).
Stay on top of the latest best practices in B2B SaaS growth.
You have at least 2 years of experience (including internships/apprenticeships) in growth marketing or acquisition roles.
You’ve already worked in (or deeply understand the dynamics of) an early-stage or Series A startup, ideally in high or hyper growth.
You know how to launch fast, learn fast, iterate fast: you’re pragmatic, curious, and results-driven.
You master the fundamentals of tracking, automation, and performance marketing.
You’re eager to join an ambitious project with rapid growth ahead.
You don’t shy away from technical challenges. You see them as opportunities to learn and solve problems.
You speak professional English (read/write/speak), essential for some content, partners, and internal collaboration.
Bonus: you’re comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Zapier, Figma, n8n, Make, etc.
