We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insights Consultant to join our Insights Services Team within the Consumer Insights Division. This role is chiefly oriented towards serving our Enterprise Clients in the Luxury & Fashion Industry.    

As a crucial member of our Insights Services team, your role will involve consulting our clients using insights generated through a variety of research methodologies and technologies, either collaboratively or independently. Your expertise will be fundamental in supporting our analyst teams to forge compelling recommendations and strategies. You will play an active role in results presentations, contributing to their preparation to ensure they make a significant business impact.    

In addition, you will be responsible for designing and conducting client workshops, delivering insights on the latest trends, topics, and issues in the Luxury & Fashion Industry. These workshops will also encompass training clients in various research methodologies, utilizing diverse training formats tailored to their needs.    

Beyond these responsibilities, your methodological knowledge will be key in driving and innovating our reporting and consulting services. This includes collaborating with our commercial teams to effectively present these innovations to our clients.    

As a Senior Insight Consultant, your collaboration will extend across various internal and external stakeholders, including Insight Analyst Teams, Services Sales Consultants, Account Management, and Product and Team Management. Your contributions will not only be vital in shaping innovations but also in maintaining and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients regarding research methodologies and insight-based consultation, solidifying our commitment to delivering exceptional service and expertise in the field.    

Key-Responsibilities:    

  • Consult enterprise clients in the Luxury & Fashion Industry using insights from various research projects.    

  • Support and guide analyst teams in creating compelling recommendations and strategic suggestions.    

  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of results, ensuring high business impact and effective communication with clients.    

  • Design and conduct client workshops, educating on industry trends, topics, and issues, as well as teaching research methodologies.    

  • Innovate and develop reporting and consulting services, leveraging methodological knowledge.   

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to present new services and innovations to clients.    

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including Insight Analyst Teams, Services Sales Consultants, Account Management, and Product and Team Management, for innovation development and maintaining client relationships.    

  • Act as a primary advisor for these clients on research methodologies and insight-based consultation.


Profil recherché

Requirements:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication sciences, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degrees are advantageous.    

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (e.g. in a senior analyst role).    

  • Profound knowledge of diverse research methodologies, analysis methods, and key performance indicators in Media Research, Social Media Research, and/or Market Research.    

  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.    

  • Exceptional Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.    

  • Familiarity with SaaS-based media technology and platforms is a plus.    

  • Ability to handle multiple complex processes simultaneously.    

  • Excellent presentation skills.     

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities and a team-player mindset.    

  • Results-oriented mindset, prioritizing profitability and client satisfaction.    

  • Strong business acumen.    

  • Creative and critical thinking capabilities.
