Job:
Reporting to the Head of Communication Meetic Europe, your role as Internal Communication & Employer Brand Officer will be to draw up and deploy the internal communication strategy, integrating the editorial strategy for each communication channel and management's statements.
You will represent the communications department in dealings with internal stakeholders and make recommendations to management. In liaison with HR, you will mobilize and unite all employees around the company's strategy, news and projects, in order to strengthen commitment and pride of belonging by deploying the company's culture.
You recommend and manage the company's change management communications, bringing together the various internal stakeholders to give employees a sense of direction and encourage buy-in. Finally, you deploy and adapt the Group's internal communications to employees.
Your Missions :
Internal communications: Deploy and adapt the Group's internal communications to employees.
Recommend and implement the internal communication strategy with an annual communication plan to relay major company and business activities and news
Manage internal communications activities to ensure global visibility, in collaboration with Meetic Europe (E&E / Match Group) communications
Support brands and functions to raise awareness of their strategic issues and news
Employer branding: recommend and manage the editorial strategy by deploying a range of internal/external communication channels.
Orchestrate our experts' speeches with our press agency
Implement the corporate editorial line (topics, angles, content) on our various external communication channels (corporate website, social networks, PR)
Manage the publication calendar and social network activities
Content production:
Writing internal messages and documents (memos, press releases, newsletters)
Creation of communication media (media brief, infographics, videos)
Ensure editorial quality and consistency of messages
Organization and coordination of major meetings led by the Executive Board
Leadership team day, All Hands (location, content, frequency, operational), etc.
Support the transmission of corporate culture (in conjunction with HR)
Support and unite all employees around the same corporate project and the E&E and Match Group challenges
Accompany changes within the organization by giving meaning to employees
Support the Head of Communication in the day-to-day management of the various brands in the portfolio.

Your profile :
4/5 years' higher education
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
Experience in an international environment highly desirable
