Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Marketing and Customer Success Manager Apprentice to join our team. This hybrid role is designed for an individual passionate about both marketing and customer success willing to have a strong impact at a growing company. The apprentice will play a crucial role in growing awareness of our real estate product through the creation of marketing content, ensuring the successful onboarding of our customers, contributing to the strategy for our worldwide key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success:

  • Assist with the onboarding process of new French accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and setup on the ProperShot platform.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Support and Product team to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention for our global key accounts.
  • Working with the Product team. gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and increased user engagement.

Marketing:

  • Create engaging and informative content in both French and English, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving user acquisition.
  • Support the Marketing team with market research and analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Help manage and optimize our online presence across various digital platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.

Profil recherché

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Creative writing skills and experience in content creation for diverse audiences.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
