WHAT YOU'LL DO 

- Lead ecomm photography project from end-to-end and guarantee the quality, timely delivery & targeted profitability in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Plan, review and manage workforce (internal & external), anticipate and manage extra hours

- Provide team with feedback and suggest improvement levers

- Lead client communication, targeted actions and feedback

- Support team to achieve their project goals, in line with global delivery targets

- Review prices & project feasibility

- Validate guidelines, processes, schedules and budget

- Assist on validation, price negotiations & mgmt of on-set talents

- Manage reported risks and issues associated with projects, in coordination with Head of Delivery

- Create project reportings and gather & share project data and feedback

- Continuously improve internal & on-set processes, workflows, organizations & tools

- Identify wastes and pain points

- Build and test solutions

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Fluent in English and Polish

- German is a plus

- Position is based in Warsaw, Poland and requires presential work.
