Directly reporting to the Head of Commerce, you are in charge of the Offer Responsibility. Your exceptional project skills, charisma and great knowledge of sustainability and responsibility issues will allow you to fulfill your mission and impact the whole organization (sourcing, operations, marketing…). You will imagine the future of ManoMano at the reunion of catalog and sustainability, define your battle plan and implement it transversely.

Your main missions are the following:

• Define the transversal strategy for our Offer Responsibility, hand in hand with functions (ops, category management, sourcing, marketing, product…), validate the action plan and the required resources with the executive committee
• Deploy the processes to facilitate the internal coordination, align everyone and make sure we move forward, in our catalog and on our website concerning sustainability and responsibility
• Define your KPI’s, validate the targets, monitor and be accountable for all ManoMano Platforms (B2C, B2B, countries)
• Strategic intelligence on responsibility trends and news

For this job, we are looking for an experienced project manager with a great knowledge of Responsibility and Sustainability challenges and exceptional communication skills.

With a master’s degree from a top tier business or engineering school, you fit the following criteria:
More than 6 years of experience, including at least 1 in an international context
Curiosity, energy and exceptional charisma
Strong analytical abilities and business acumen allowing you to convince at the highest level
Structuration and strategic skills
Fluent in English
