We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in Amsterdam. As an SDR, you will have one main mission: to generate meetings to feed our Sales teams with qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting campaigns (emailing + LinkedIn + telephone).

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Set up prospection strategies with the Key Account Managers to tailor the outreach to the needs of their clients
  • Identify key decision makers and influencers and target them with a personalized outbound strategy
  • Build a list of prospects, set up multi-channel sequences, prepare phoning listings and optimize emailing campaigns
  • Call a high volume of prospects per week to increase awareness about Malt and generate meetings
  • Contact key decision makers through LinkedIn or Twitter to increase awareness and start conversations
  • Generate potential leads by attending networking events
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • A first experience in new business development (BDR, SDR, …) is a strong plus
  • Tech-savvy, ready to master our stack of tech and reporting tools
  • A hunter that's not afraid to pick up the phone and fuel Malt's hypergrowth
