👪 About the Operations team
You will be joining our Team Lead Onboarding & SuccessLucile, our Onboarding SpecialistElena, our Project ManagersLaetitia & Mathilde, our Head of ScienceAiden and our COOPaul-Louis and have of course the chance to collaborate with everyone at Maki.
Lucile and Elena belong to our Onboarding & Success Team. Most of their efforts are currently aiming at onboarding our (many) new clients, making sure that they know how to use Maki to its fullest potential, are (very) satisfied with their experience and ensuring that the use of Maki brings the impact we promise. Given that we support large Enterprise companies (e.g. Capgemini, Dior, Ikea, Henkel, Arkea to name a few), this is really about large-scale project management and change management, hand-in-hand with our clients.
Laetitia, Mathilde and Aiden belong to our Assessment Strategy & Content Team. Most of their efforts are currently aiming at designing and building new tests and assessments with our expert community, improving our existing test library, analysing client usage and candidate feedback to identify product features needed and advise our clients to build the best-suited assessments. This is a team that combines interactions with clients and candidates, analytics and counselling.
Both teams will at the same time grow in the coming months, and will have a direct impact on client impact and satisfaction, candidate satisfaction, business monitoring and the science behind our assessments.

Your role will be multi-facetted and will cut across the various teams. We are detailing the full scope of your missions below. We will have an open conversation with you to prioritise among these various options to offer you the best learning experience.
Onboarding & Success
Onboard and train new clients to ensure they are setup for maximum success
Work with our Go-to-Market team to ensure a smooth transition with the Onboarding Team
Support our clients to make the best choices with regards to candidate journeys and impact monitoring
Accompany our clients throughout and after their onboarding period through frequent and structured interactions to ensure value realisation
Analyse, organise, and communicate client feedback to the Product, Engineering, and Sales Teams
Assessment Strategy & Content
Analyse candidate feedbacks to identify and implement improvement levers
Build test roadmap and work with our community of experts to create the tests
Support our clients to make the best choices with regards to test selection and assessment creation
Adapt our tests to the evolution of the platform (new layouts, gamification etc), through collaboration with our Tech team around new features
Collaborate transversally with business teams to identify needs for data-based insights and co-build relevant solutions
Perform analysis on multiple sets of data from various sources, notably around our clients behaviours, the satisfaction of candidates taking assessments, the quality and psychometrical relevance of our tests, our conversion pattern… to provide insights to the teams

💫 Our process together
We want to offer the best candidate experience possible by letting everyone apply, ensuring that the process lasts ~3 weeks from the moment you get invited to the first step.
We provide feedback at each round to every candidate, either through our product or with a call from the hiring manager.
Step 1: A short assessment on Maki (~25mins) 📂
This is the occasion for you to discover our product more in-depth and to demonstrate your fit, skills & motivation (~25mins)
Step 2: A deeper exploration of who you are (2x 45mins) 👀
If we believe you may be a good match, we’ll arrange two 45mins structured conversations with 2 members of the team to cover your experience, other important skills we would have not covered in the assessment & to answer your questions!
Whenever: 2 informal meetups ☕
Through the whole process, we will additionally let you to schedule a couple 30-minute informal meetings with a few employees. These meetings (online or IRL) will be a chance for you to familiarise yourself with our team, our motivations, and ask questions!
Step 3: A case study 📑 (optional)
Case studies may be required for some positions or situations.
