👪 About the Customer team

You will be joining Lucile, our Team Lead Onboarding & Success, Elena, our Onboarding Specialist, Lucille, our Customer Success Manager, and Paul-Louis, our COO.
You will have the chance to collaborate with everyone at Maki.

Most of the Onboarding & Success Team efforts are currently aiming at onboarding our (many) new clients, making sure that they know how to use Maki to its fullest potential, are (very) satisfied with their experience and ensuring that the use of Maki brings the impact we promise. Given that we support large Enterprise companies (e.g. Capgemini, Dior, Mazars, McDonald’s to name a few), this is really about large-scale project management and change management, hand-in-hand with our clients.

💪 About your mission

Your role will be multi-facetted and will impact multiple steps of the customer journey. We are detailing the full scope of the missions below. We will have an open conversation with you to prioritise among these various options to offer you the best learning experience.

Customer Care:

  • Assist customers and candidates via email and chat and prioritise their requests through queue management primarily through Intercom (our client-facing tool)

  • Facilitate communication and product education through internal/external resources and develop our Help desk

  • Learn and maintain a deep expertise of Maki and best practices to provide ongoing value and support to our customers and candidates

  • Identify issues and find solutions that address the needs and delight our customers and candidates

Customer Onboarding:

  • Support our clients to make the best choices with regards to candidate journeys and impact monitoring

  • Accompany our clients throughout and after their onboarding period through frequent and structured interactions to ensure value realisation

  • Analyse, organise, and communicate client feedback to the Product, Engineering, and Sales Teams

  • Design key processes to improve the monitoring of customers through HubSpot (our CRM)

Customer Success:

  • Support our clients to make the best choices with regards to test selection and assessment creation

  • Analyse candidate feedbacks to identify and implement improvement levers

  • Perform analysis on multiple sets of data from various sources, notably around our clients behaviours, the satisfaction of candidates taking assessments, the quality and relevance of our tests, our conversion pattern… to provide insights to the team

Déroulement des entretiens

💫 Our process together

We want to offer the best candidate experience possible by letting everyone apply, ensuring that the process lasts ~3 weeks from the moment you get invited to the first step.

We provide feedback at each round to every candidate, either through our product or with a call from the hiring manager.

Step 1: A short assessment on Maki (~20mins) 📂

This is the occasion for you to discover our product more in-depth and to demonstrate your fit, skills & motivation (~20mins)

Step 2: A deeper exploration of who you are (2x 30mins) 👀

If we believe you may be a good match, we’ll arrange two 30mins structured conversations with 2 members of the team to cover your experience, other important skills we would have not covered in the assessment & to answer your questions!

Step 3: A meeting with one of our three co-founders

After meeting the team, you’ll meet one of our three co-founders to cover your motivations and to answer your questions

Step 4: Your offer 💌

If we have a match, our founders will send an offer asap.

Step 5: Your onboarding 🧑‍🚀
