Who are they?
You will be joining our Lead Growth,Louis & our CEO, Maxime.
Most of their efforts are currently on demand generation, i.e. generating and closing leads. As Maki People is gearing up for ever more exciting times, the Go-To-Market team focus more and more on outbound efforts and work on our market profoundness.
Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections in order to book sales appointments
Drive sales growth and pipeline hand in hand with Max, the CEO of Maki People
Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapport
Communicate on a daily basis with our International Sales team to ensure a feedback loop on goals
Identify high-potential segments and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Maki People
Launch worldwide outbound campaigns from idea generation through to the first contact
Experiment campaigns and determine how best to scale them
Work with other cross-functional teams to connect other channels (content, webinar, ads, etc)
Curious and interested in learning about Business Development, Outbound strategies, and Sales Operations
Drive and ambition - we’re growing fast and expect you to grow along us
Entrepreneurial mindset - you have a proactive attitude, enjoy freedom and autonomy, and act as an owner
Good level in English (70% of our prospects are English-speaking)
Experience in a Ops, Business Development, Growth role is a plus
Already used a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce)

We want to offer the best candidate experience possible by letting everyone apply, ensuring that the process lasts ~20 days from the moment you get invited to the first step.
We provide feedback at each round to every candidate, either through our product or with a call from the hiring manager.
Step 1: A short assessment on Maki (~10mins) 📂
This is the occasion for you to discover our product more in-depth and to demonstrate your fit, skills & motivation (~20mins)
Step 2: A deeper exploration of who you are (45mins) 👀
If we believe you may be a good match, we’ll arrange two 45mins structured conversations with 2 members of the team to cover :

Whenever: 1-2 informal meetups ☕
Through the whole process, we will additionally let you to schedule a couple 30-minute informal meetings with a few employees. These meetings (online or IRL) will be a chance for you to familiarise yourself with our team, our motivations, and ask questions!
Step 3: A case study 📑
If we continue to picture you at Maki, we will ask you to work on a business case relating to a real Maki project to understand how you operate and evaluate several dimensions.
