The Voice designer focuses on developing strategies to optimize voice interactions, such as voice assistants and speech recognition applications. They analyze user needs to design intuitive voice user journeys and collaborate closely with development and design teams to create engaging and effective voice experiences. Their mission is to integrate voice innovation into various products and services, continually enhancing interaction and accessibility.
The voice designer will work in collaboration with the:
Strategist: to align with strategy
Experience Strategist: to align strategy with user experience design
Content Strategist: to align the content strategy with the overall strategy
And the 4 different product teams at ETX majelan (composed of a Product Manager, an Engineer Manager, and different software engineers).
This person will also bridge the gap with different departments such as product, design, tech, and business to align project goals with user needs and market trends. They will also work with other project stakeholders, research institutions, and industrial partners.
Throughout the project, the voice designer will ensure that all stakeholders remain aligned with the overall goals and contribute effectively to the realization of the overall vision. The voice designer will organize regular meetings with key individuals to track progress, discuss challenges, and adjust approaches if necessary.

Able to apply and customize a variety of strategic frameworks ( ecosystem map, customer journey..) and techniques.
Have already worked on subvention projects, research projects or consortium projects
Have already submitted pattents, certification or labels
You have an outstanding portfolio of work demonstrating strong customer insight-driven experience strategy across a diverse range of projects
You are commercially minded; you can identify and pursue new opportunities to bring value to client engagements
A mindset that’s open to change and challenge
You have experience working with companies making digital applications, media or Telecom industries
Required Qualifications
University degree in business, management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Relevant professional experience in project management and product strategy
Proficiency in strategic analysis tools and techniques
Ability to work independently and in a team
