To lead the effort to make that team always stronger while getting bigger, we are now looking for our future Head of Talent Acquisition.

Reporting to our Chief Human Resources Officer, you will:

  • Manage (hire, develop, retain) a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists;

  • Be responsible for the recruitment strategy and the diversity of the talents;

  • Recruit Leadership positions;

  • Partner with managers of all levels within the organization to make sure the company gets the adequate talents it requires to execute its plan;

  • Deal with external agencies and partners;

  • Manage the recruitment budget;

  • Be the owner of Talent Acquisition Processes, Technology and Scalability;

  • Manage miscellaneous Talent Acquisition projects;

  • Be responsible for Campus Management policies : Schools/Universities partnerships, events, centralisation of interns/apprentices recruitments, etc;

  • Handle the Onboarding of new employees : Pre-boarding phase, Onboarding days;

  • Manage the attractiveness piece of the employer branding strategy.

  • You’re in the right place if :

  • You have a passion for the job and for the people

  • You have 10 years of experience in recruitment including 4 years in recruitment team management;

  • You already implemented an efficient recruitment strategy in a 500+ people fast-paced organization;

  • You have an Agile mindset and ar able to adapt to any situation;

  • You have natural affinity for tech;

  • You're fluent in English.
