Part of our growth strategy is centred around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. Reporting to our CEO and our Co-Fonder, we are now looking for our new Executive Assistant based in Paris !

What you will do :

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO;
  • Perform calendar management for the CEO based on evolving business needs;
  • Organise planning for key business meetings involving the CEO, such as leadership meetings, All Hands, regular Business Updates, etc.;
  • Drive the CEO’s external engagement portfolio and logistics;
  • Create professional-looking slides for business presentations;
  • Collect business data and intelligence in preparation of key business meetings;
  • Organise CEO travel agenda, logistics and coordination;
  • Process relevant expense reports;
  • Draft, document and store official memos;
  • Own internal communications in alignment with CEO;
  • Drive relevant social media communications as per emerging business need;
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the CEO.

    You are in the right place if :

  • You have 6+ years of experience as Executive Assistant;
  • You have a strong sense of confidentiality and stakeholder management;
  • You have a track record of working with collaborative office tools;
  • You are bilingual in both French and English at C2 level;
  • You demonstrate professional demeanour at all times;
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • You have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
  • You show impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • You have a business-oriented mindset.
