Missions

As a Growth PM, you prioritise, craft and implement new ideas to acquire, activate, retain users.

You’ll join a dedicated growth team, organized in squads to:

  • Identify, prioritize and select growth initiatives (4/5 people) using your pirate mind for various project (onboarding, network, virality)
  • Interact with customers and with all teams (sales, CSM, data, product design, software engineers) to define, scope and implement those initiatives
  • Organise daily work using agile / scrum methodologies
  • Track initiatives impacts on growth KPIs

Profil recherché

  • At least 5 years of experience as a PM in a agile environnement and you are experienced with Growth methodologies
  • You have a growth mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are able to turn features into benefits
  • You have a strong ability to understand business issues, customer needs, and technical constraints
  • You like to play around with tech
  • You are organized and data driven. You like to solve problems
  • You are creative
  • You are proficient with design tools, sql and scrum. You like trying and experimenting with a variety of approaches and processes
  • You can communicate with both business and tech teams
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Experience in addressing SMBs and SAAS is a a strong plus
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver qualitative work in a short time frame
  • Excellent academic background
  • Proficient in French and English

Déroulement des entretiens

  • First Introduction call
  • Take Home Test with presentation during a 45mn meeting with 2 team members
  • Two Interviews with the co-founders and members of your future team
