Role Overview

As the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the strategic partnerships ecosystem that drives revenue growth, market expansion, and product adoption. You will own the full partner lifecycle from identification and onboarding to joint go-to-market and performance optimization — and align closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partnerships deliver measurable business value.

  • Marketplace partners
  • Integration/Technology partners
  • Agency/distributor alliances
  • Go-To-Market partners: affiliate and referral networks
  • Platform ecosystems

⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :

Partnership Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and own the global partnerships strategy aligned with overall company growth goals.
  • Identify, prioritize, and establish relationships with high-impact partners (tech, agency, platform).
  • Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team across different regions as Lengow expands.
  • Create collaboration frameworks for different partner types: integration/technology, solution/agency, channel/reseller, referral.

Partner Acquisition & Enablement

  • Source mutual beneficial partner agreements.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to scope and deliver integrations where applicable.
  • Onboard partners with the right training, tools, and enablement materials.
  • Build scalable partner certification, co-marketing, and co-selling programs.

Go-To-Market Collaboration

  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners.
  • Align closely with sales to support partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth.
  • Work with marketing to drive co-branded campaigns, events, and content with partners.
  • Collaborate with product to align on roadmap integration opportunities or ecosystem leverage.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Establish KPIs for partnership success (ARR contribution, leads, partner NPS, retention).
  • Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track partner performance and ROI.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the partner portfolio based on impact and scalability.

What Success Looks Like (12-18 months):

  • Partner-sourced and -influenced pipeline becomes a measurable revenue engine.
  • Strong relationships and integrations with 10-15 strategic technology or platform partners.
  • Launch of a scalable agency/reseller partner program across key markets.
  • Creation of a clear partnership playbook and scalable operations model.
  • Recognized as a key driver of commercial strategy alongside sales and marketing leadership.

Requirements

🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

  • 5+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances, preferably in a B2B SaaS or eCommerce tech company.
  • Proven track record of creating and scaling partner programs from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem (platforms, agencies, marketplaces, integrations).
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating complex agreements.
  • Ability to manage both strategic relationships and operational execution.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills (sales, product, marketing, customer success).
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability in a scaleup environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with APIs and SaaS integration frameworks.
  • International experience or multi-market program rollouts.
