We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer who will drive our documentation efforts in collaboration with our Product, Engineering, Onboarding and Support team teams.
In this role you will be hands on with our product, as you create new and improve existing documentation to share knowledge internally and make sure that our clients have all information to perfectly understand and implement Lemonway APIs and navigate the Dashboard.
You will be asked to create accurate, thorough documentation in a fast-paced environment to support a variety of information deliverables such as GUI documentation, FAQ pages, APIs documentation, reference documentation and tutorial instructions, to name a few.

You are part of the Product Team and report to the CPO but work autonomously in close contact with all departments.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Deliver superb technical documentation and tutorials for both our internal teams and clients,
• Review existing technical documentation to make sure the content is up to date,
• Harmonize our content across all our documentation,
• You will have to collaborate with various teams (product managers, developers, onboarders, support) to identify customer needs and use cases. In addition, you will have to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively both on your own and as part of a team.
• Participate in training with strategic customers/partners, and work on tailoring content for those audiences as required,
• Train internal teams (Onboarding and Support)

Profile

• Native or bilingual English speaker and writer. Spelling and grammar must be excellent.
• Another language is a plus! If you’re not fluent in English, it’s a deal breaker.
• A strong experience in documenting both developer and end-user products,
• Experience in documenting APIs,
• A strong experience with GIT, Postman, Oauth 2.0, Rest, Swagger and open API,
• A strong experience with content management systems,
• Work in a “docs as code” environment, where documentation and other assets are processed and delivered according to practices similar to those used in software development
• Determined hard worker, flexible & open to working on various tasks that are not always part of your scope.

Nice to have

• Experience in creating diagrams

Background

• At least 3 years as a Technical Writer, Information Architect or Documentation Manager in a tech environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the payment industry is a huge plus

The hiring process begins with a 30-minute phone conversation with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.

You will then meet Simon, Chief Product Officer (1h).

After this first round of interviews, you will meet Mohamed, VP Engineering (30 min).
