Context & Mission

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Angular Engineer to join our team and drive the development of our portfolio of internal and external Single-Page Applications (SPAs).

Your mission is to deliver highly performant, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions. You’ll own features end-to-end—from initial design to deployment—and operate with a high degree of autonomy. A core part of your work will involve leveraging the latest framework features, including the Angular Signal API, to build efficient, reactive components, and collaborating to expand our internal Design System, documented in Storybook.

You’ll join an agile, ambitious team that values technical excellence and collaboration. Success requires deep expertise in the modern Angular ecosystem and a strong understanding of how to build efficient, API-driven applications, specifically utilizing gRPC for high-speed, structured communication with our backend.

The Technical Challenge: You will face significant complexity daily, managing integrations with diverse, constantly evolving social media APIs (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). You must ensure lightning-fast application delivery to a global client base while operating within a fast-paced, agile environment where balancing development speed and system stability is paramount.

About the position

• Develop High-Quality SPAs: Design, develop, and maintain multiple Angular Single-Page Applications (SPAs), ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and clean architecture across the codebase.

• Build the Design System: Contribute significantly to the development and maintenance of our internal Design System components, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and high quality. Document and showcase these components using Storybook.

• Write Clean, Maintainable Code: Uphold and promote best practices in software development, including participating in thorough code reviews, and ensuring excellent code maintainability and adherence to coding standards.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to understand requirements, refine technical specifications, and translate user needs into intuitive and functional interfaces.

• Monitor and Optimize Performance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, debug complex issues, and actively optimize application speed and resource usage across different browsers and devices.

We are looking for an engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience in modern frontend development.

Technical Skills

• Core Expertise (3+ years): Demonstrated strong proficiency in Angular (v18+) and the surrounding ecosystem, including deep knowledge of TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable applications.

• State Management: Hands-on experience and a solid understanding of reactive state management, specifically leveraging the Angular Signal API for efficient component-level state control.

• Styling Proficiency: Expert knowledge of modern CSS, particularly using SCSS/Sass to build reusable, modular, and component-scoped styles. Experience ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

• Component Architecture: Proven ability to build and document reusable components within a Design System context, ideally using Storybook.

• Autonomous & Detail-Oriented: Ability to take full ownership of features, manage tasks independently, and maintain a rigorous focus on code quality, performance, and user experience details.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Communication Protocols: Experience implementing and optimizing data transfer using gRPC.

• React/Next.js Experience: Familiarity or hands-on experience with React and the Next.js framework.

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of frontend applications.

• Tooling & Practices: Experience with modern frontend tooling (e.g., module bundlers, code linting) and robust knowledge of version control systems (Git).

• Dart Knowledge: Experience with Dart development (especially in the context of older AngularDart applications)
