NW is an independent and recognized player in the energy transition, ensuring for about fifteen years development and operation of wind and solar energy generation sites in mainland France and overseas.

Since 2018, NW has become a major player in electricity storage (JBox®), in which it is now the leader in France, and in high-power recharging stations for electric vehicles (IECharge®). NW is the first French unicorn in the energy transition.

What do we propose?

Contract: Internship.

Your missions:

• Identify sites with NW’s GIS, according to NW’s requirements;

• Analyze required permitting for the construction and operation of storage facilities and the associated procedures (land permitting, ESA); Gather the necessary information to validate the permitting requirements;
• Improve CRM and other tools used;
• Participate in meetings with municipalities and counties (if necessary).

Required skills:

• Dynamic and tenacious, you like challenges and taking initiative. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a convincing personality;
• You like to work in a team;
• Previous experience in land prospecting for wind or solar projects is a plus, as is prior knowledge of the agricultural sector;
• You will be the local referent and will have the mission to secure land for the implementation of storage solutions.

Conditions:

• Desk downtown Houston available;
• 35-hour per week job (that could be extended to a full-time);
• Hour-based salary, performance bonus.
