In order to be as close as possible to our clients and owners, the Annecy office opened its doors in July 2022 for the French Alps destination and is composed of about 20 mountain-loving profiles. The teams are located between Courchevel, Megève, Méribel and Annecy.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets in the region by managing a portfolio of deals and supporting a team of senior & junior sales people in achieving their objectives.

Objectives:

  • Set annual, quarterly and monthly revenue and conversion targets for sales team members
  • Establish the strategy/roadmap for achieving revenue targets (resources)
  • Achieve sales targets and develop a portfolio of customers
  • Ensure the best customer experience (tenant and owner) throughout the year and on all destinations in the area
  • Propose / implement customer loyalty actions to increase the value of the portfolio
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of tools / processes or project management
  • Set up a dashboard/reporting system to monitor leads by sales and the response rate (call/email) of team members
  • Sales team management
  • Recruit, welcome, train and support the sales team in achieving their objectives
  • Involved in negotiations/closing when necessary, including client/owner contract signing, and strategic management (when an issue arises)
  • Manage weekly one to one meetings with the sales team
  • Implement practices/events that contribute to the engagement and cohesion of the sales team

Profil recherché

  • Excellent commercial skills especially on the development of a portfolio of customers (farmer)
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Problem Solver / Customer Satisfaction mindset
  • Good pedagogical / management skills
  • Fluency in oral/written French + English (fluent +)
  • Additional languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of the growing startup ecosystem

  • Business Case & Presentation of the BC with members of team sales
