Role:
As part of the Pre-arrival team, the Pre-arrival Concierge plays a key role in managing and supporting Le Collectionist’s guests prior to their arrival. They will draw the best itineraries in order to ensure an unforgettable onsite experience.
In addition, with the support of the local team, he/she is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting the best suppliers that match Le Collectionist standards.
Objectives:
● Customer management and support Le Collectionist:
o Accompany our clients in the organization of their stay proposing high standard services and experiences.
o Provide quotations for services and experiences
o Issue guest’s itinerary
o Ensure handover and follow-up by local teams
● Consolidation and development of the network of local partners:
o Management of existing partner relationships in several destinations
o Enrich the network of partners and experience offers in existing destinations
o Update and production of catalogs presenting services and experiences in french and english o Support marketing in updating destinations guides with new restaurants and points of interests.
● Administrative:
o Edit and update all suppliers and rates in tool
o Edit quotation and invoice in tool
o Edit Itinerary in tool
o Develop communication materials (catalogs)
● Sensitive to customer satisfaction and loyalty, with a sense of contact and the ability to build relationships easily
● Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
● A taste for the luxury sector and a willingness to work with event logistics
● Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience
● Strong commercial sense and a taste for sales
● Candidates with atypical profiles, with great facility for teamwork;
● Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy;
